We are looking for a Lead Automation QA Engineer with engineering background and providing end-to-end solutions to software quality problems to join our up and coming Talosix Ho Chi Minh City team. This is an incredibly unique opportunity to join and application knowledge at a world-class team of data scientist and data engineer to solve some of the toughest problems facing U.S. Healthcare systems. In this role, you’ll lead the design and implementation of robust automation testing frameworks, manage the QA team, ensure high-quality software delivery, and champion best practices in quality assurance. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with stringent healthcare regulations while ensuring our solutions are secure, scalable, and reliable.

What you will do

• Lead and manage the QA team, including setting goals, providing mentorship, conducting performance reviews, and fostering a culture of quality and collaboration.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and database testing

• Create, review, and execute comprehensive test cases to validate functionality, performance, scalability, and security.

• Build and maintain a robust regression test suite to ensure system stability across releases.

• Track, report, and verify defects using test management and issue-tracking tools like Jira

• Work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure test coverage and software quality

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, GDPR, and 21 CFR Part 11, through rigorous testing practices.

• Implement security testing strategies to protect sensitive healthcare data and ensure compliance with industry standards

• Evaluate the risks and potential defects during new features development

• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Yêu cầu công việc

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and automation testing

• Proficiency in Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks

• Strong knowledge of Typescript, JavaScript, Python, Java, or another relevant scripting language

• Experience with automated API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, or Karate

• Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr, TestRail, or Xray

• Experience with testing web-based/ mobile applications/ Web service

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proven ability to manage and mentor QA teams, lead projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
