We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Automation Tester/ QA Manual Tester  to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, enhancing, and optimizing the existing codebase of our high-traffic websites and management systems

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our platforms while adhering to best practices in software development.

For QA Automation Tester

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard automation frameworks.
• Design, implement, and execute test cases for web applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure robust and high-quality software releases.
• Identify, document, and track bugs using defect-tracking tools.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing.
• Continuously improve test coverage, reliability, and efficiency.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to QA best practices.

For QA Manual Tester

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web and mobile applications.
• Perform thorough functional, UI/UX, regression, and exploratory testing across devices and browsers.
• Document and report bugs clearly using defect tracking tools.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups in an Agile environment.
• Verify bug fixes and track their resolution through release cycles.
• Contribute to the improvement of QA processes and documentation.
• Support basic API testing (e.g., using Postman).

For QA Automation Tester

• 4+ years of experience in QA Automation
• Proficiency in automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
• Strong knowledge of API testing (e.g., Postman, RestAssured)
• Experience with load and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6, Gatling)
• Experience with security testing tools is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
• Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, or Java)
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with cloud-based testing solutions
• Knowledge of test management tools like TestRail or Xray
• English proficiency: Good to fluent (written and verbal).

For QA Manual Tester

• 4+ years of experience in manual software testing in at least 2 different companies.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and defect management.
• Experience testing web-based applications, e-commerce platforms, or booking systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with test case and bug management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, X-ray).
• Basic understanding of APIs and tools like Postman is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• English proficiency: Fluent & Clear (written and verbal).

Salary Range: Start at 50 Mil VND Gross for QA Automation Tester and 35 Mil for Manual Tester

Working Schedule:

• Onsite work only (no hybrid or remote options).
• Monday - Friday from 11 AM - 8 PM.

Office Address:  Beautiful hi-tech office at The Grace Tower - 71 Hoang Van Thai, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.
