Mô tả công việc

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and delivery
• Work directly with Japanese clients, gather requirements, and ensure high-quality project deliverables
• Develop plans, monitor progress, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the expected quality
• Identify and resolve project issues, reporting promptly to upper management and clients
• Perform other related tasks as required

Yêu cầu công việc

• Japanese proficiency in communication with clients
• At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or equivalent role
• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
• Knowledge of system architecture and common technologies
• Experience in task estimation, QA, and release planning
• Strong requirement analysis and specification documentation skills
• Excellent skills in planning, progress management, and risk control
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Being able to communicate in English is a plus
