Position Summary

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across a variety of domains, ensuring that client specifications are met within budget and time constraints. This role requires a high degree of flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, and the capability to manage cross-functional teams distributed globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge client requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication about project progress, timelines, and adjustments.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure the right mix of talent and skills across projects, while managing the constraints of project schedules, budget, and scope.
• Quality Assurance: Oversee project performance, implementing standards and processes that ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and the highest quality standards.
• Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
• Team Leadership: Motivate and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment and holding team members accountable for their deliverables.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on project status, challenges, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven working experience as a project manager in the outsourcing or IT services industry.
• Solid technical background, with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (CHINESE IS A BIG PLUS).
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make sound decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
