Mô tả công việc
1. Network System Management and Operations:
- Monitor, configure, operate, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN network systems, firewalls, routers, switches, and VPNs.
- Track and optimize network performance to ensure high availability, stability, and security, and resolve issues related to connectivity, speed, or security.
2. System & Storage Administration:
- Manage virtualization systems (VMware), physical server infrastructure, and high-speed storage arrays (SAN/NAS) supporting Oracle databases.
3. Support and Reporting:
- Provide technical support to internal users for network and server-related issues.
- Prepare periodic reports on system status, risks, and incidents for management.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, Computer Networking, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in network/system administration or cybersecurity.
- Solid understanding of network architecture and protocols (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Basic knowledge of network security (Firewalls, IDS/IPS).
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, and network monitoring tools (e.g., Wireshark, Nagios, SolarWinds).
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware) and Hybrid Cloud (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Ability to write basic automation scripts (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is an advantage.
- English: Intermediate.
