Become a Mobile Engineer at Trusting Social and join our transformative Co-Lending partnership initiative, where you'll contribute to projects reshaping financial services both globally and in Vietnam. Your work will involve enhancing automated credit evaluation systems to efficiently manage high volumes of applications through instant registration, approval, and decision-making processes. Furthermore, you'll play a key role in revolutionizing credit card mobile experiences by facilitating instant issuance, payments, and providing numerous benefits to empower financial freedom for our users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, and deliver high-quality mobile features and applications.
• Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure product success and stability. 
• Engage in continuous learning, especially in mobile development and AI technology trends.
• Sharing and applying insights to enhance team productivity, drive ongoing improvement and innovation in technology and product development. 
• Actively support team members and foster a collaborative environment to promote team growth.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in mobile engineering and a strong technical foundation. 
• A deep understanding of Flutter; experience with other platform technologies is a plus.
• Demonstrates AI savvy, is familiar with popular tools, and has a keen interest in efficiently leveraging AI technologies in development.
• High ownership and a solid commitment to meeting delivery timelines and ensuring product quality.
• Excellent team player qualities. 
• A proactive, open-minded attitude and is a quick learner. 
• A desire to raise the bar and address issues. 
• Good communication skills and competency in English.
