Mô tả công việc

Chúng tôi tìm kiếm một Middle Frontend & Mobile Developer có khả năng làm chủ toàn bộ vòng đời sản phẩm phía client — từ thiết kế component system, xây dựng web app, đến phát triển ứng dụng mobile cross-platform. Bạn sẽ là người đưa ra quyết định kỹ thuật, làm việc trực tiếp với product và design, đồng thời tích hợp các hệ thống nội bộ phức tạp.

Công việc chính

Frontend Web

• Phát triển và maintain web application sử dụng React + TypeScript, TailwindCSS và Shadcn
• Làm việc với mô hình micro-frontend sử dụng Nx
• Đảm bảo chất lượng UI/UX, performance, và accessibility

Mobile (React Native)

• Phát triển ứng dụng mobile cross-platform với React Native CLI + TypeScript (không dùng Expo)
• Xây dựng và mở rộng design system / component library dùng chung cho toàn team
• Quản lý multi-environment build: sandbox, staging, production cho cả iOS và Android
• Xử lý các tính năng native phức tạp: camera/eKYC, NFC, push notification (Firebase), contacts, permissions, keychain, deep link
• Tích hợp analytics & monitoring: Segment, CleverTap, Sentry, Firebase Performance
• Làm việc với custom native modules khi cần (ví dụ: FPT eKYC SDK)

Data & API

• Thành thạo GraphQL + Apollo Client: queries, mutations, subscriptions, caching
• Chạy Apollo codegen để generate TypeScript types từ GraphQL schema
• Tích hợp REST API và SSE (Server-Sent Events) cho real-time features

Technical Ownership

• Tham gia technical decision: chọn thư viện, định nghĩa coding convention, review architecture phía client
• Tích hợp third-party services: Slack API, Jira API, các nền tảng HR/HRM nội bộ
• Làm việc với AI/LLM-powered features: chatbot UI, streaming response

Yêu cầu công việc

Required:

• 2–4 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế với React và TypeScript
• Tối thiểu 1 năm kinh nghiệm với React Native CLI (đã từng ship app lên cả iOS App Store và Google Play)
• Thành thạo GraphQL + Apollo Client (queries, mutations, caching, codegen)
• Thành thạo Git workflow: branching, PR review, conflict resolution

Good to help

• Đã từng tích hợp Firebase (Messaging, Remote Config, Performance)
• Có kinh nghiệm với Reanimated + Gesture Handler cho animation phức tạp
• Đã từng làm việc với native modules hoặc tích hợp SDK bên thứ ba (eKYC, NFC...)
• Biết cơ bản về CI/CD cho mobile (Fastlane, GitHub Actions)
• Có kinh nghiệm với Sentry hoặc các crash reporting tool
• Có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhiều project cùng lúc

Yêu cầu chung

• Có khả năng làm việc độc lập, tự estimate và deliver task đúng deadline
• Giao tiếp tốt, chủ động cập nhật tiến độ và raise blocker sớm
• Tư duy product: không chỉ code đúng spec mà còn đặt câu hỏi về UX khi cần
• Đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật tiếng Anh

Nice to have

• Có side project hoặc open source contribution
• Đã từng làm ở môi trường startup/scale-up, quen với việc context switching và scope thay đổi nhanh
