Mô tả công việc

• Develop test strategies, test plans, and maintain detailed and well-structured test cases.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, smoke/sanity testing across Development, UAT, Pre-production, and Production environments.
• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and end users to ensure high-quality deliverables and validate acceptance criteria.
• Participate in requirement reviews; identify gaps, raise questions, and provide constructive feedback on UI/UX or business logic.
• Create clear and concise defect reports, track issues throughout the defect lifecycle, and verify fixes.
• Prepare and manage test data; understand test environment constraints and dependencies.
• Apply user-centric thinking to ensure product functionality meets real-world usage scenarios.
• Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
• Learn new technologies and tools as business needs change and effectively incorporate them

Yêu cầu công việc

• 3+ years of experience as a Manual QA/Software Tester.
• Good English skills
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong experience in API testing (REST/SOAP) using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, etc.
• Ability to design, execute, and document test cases with high attention to detail.
• Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Good understanding of SQL; comfortable writing moderately complex SQL queries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot and isolate issues effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English required).
• Ability to manage priorities and work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Team-oriented mindset; able to collaborate with cross-border teams and work independently when needed.
