1. Collect and analyze business requirements; define functional specifications, design processes, prepare project documentation, and propose appropriate technical solutions/ Thu thập và phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ; xác định đặc tả chức năng, thiết kế quy trình, xây dựng tài liệu dự án và đề xuất giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp.
2. Execute system installation and parameter configuration for enterprise applications including WMS, TMS, OMS, LIMS, and UWB solutions in accordance with approved design blueprints/ Thực hiện cài đặt và cấu hình hệ thống cho các phần mềm WMS, TMS, OMS, LIMS và giải pháp UWB theo kịch bản và thiết kế kỹ thuật đã được phê duyệt.
3. Lead the physical deployment, connection, and calibration of hardware and IoT devices, including UWB tracking tags, barcode scanners, label printers, and laboratory system interfaces (LIMS). Hướng dẫn triển khai, kết nối và hiệu chỉnh các thiết bị phần cứng và IoT, bao gồm thẻ định vị UWB, máy quét mã vạch, máy in tem nhãn và các cổng kết nối hệ thống phòng Lab (LIMS)
4. Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate technical stability, and deliver hands-on training to factory and warehouse users on system operation/ Phối hợp thực hiện UAT nhằm đảm bảo hệ thống hoạt động ổn định; đào tạo trực tiếp cho nhân viên nhà máy/kho về cách sử dụng phần mềm và thiết bị.
5. Go-live support: Provide on-site technical support, promptly resolving issues related to hardware, connectivity, or system usage, and ensuring uninterrupted operations and system data synchronization/ Hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trực tiếp trong giai đoạn go-live (cut-over), xử lý kịp thời các sự cố về phần cứng, kết nối hoặc thao tác phần mềm, đảm bảo vận hành liên tục và đồng bộ dữ liệu giữa các hệ thống.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline/ Bằng Cử nhân Kỹ thuật Máy tính, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc các ngành liên quan. 

2. 3-5 years of experience in system implementation, system integration, or business/system analysis roles/Từ 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong triển khai hệ thống, tích hợp hệ thống hoặc phân tích nghiệp vụ/hệ thống. 

3. Experience working in FMCG and supply chain environments, with solid understanding of operational processes and enterprise systems such as ERP, SCM, and WMS/ Có kinh nghiệm trong môi trường FMCG và chuỗi cung ứng, am hiểu quy trình vận hành và các hệ thống ERP, SCM, WMS. 

4. Strong hands-on experience in the physical rollout and technical deployment of enterprise software, including WMS, TMS, OMS, or LIMS/ Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong triển khai kỹ thuật và lắp đặt hệ thống phần mềm doanh nghiệp như WMS, TMS, OMS hoặc LIMS. 

5. Practical knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting warehouse hardware and IoT devices, particularly UWB/RFID sensors and mobile warehouse equipment/ Am hiểu thực tế về lắp đặt, cấu hình và xử lý sự cố thiết bị phần cứng và IoT trong kho, đặc biệt là UWB/RFID và thiết bị di động. 

6. Ability to translate technical documentation into clear, simple operational instructions for warehouse or factory users/Có khả năng chuyển đổi tài liệu kỹ thuật thành hướng dẫn vận hành đơn giản cho người dùng tại kho/nhà máy. 

7. Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, cả nói và viết.
