[HCM] Intern Product Owner

Description 

We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Owner Intern to support the development, improvement, and delivery of digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, manage backlog items, and contribute to building user‑centric solutions. This position is based in HCMC. 

Your responsibilities

Product Development Support

• Assist in writing user stories and documenting requirements.
• Participate in backlog refinement and feature prioritization.
• Support market and user research to guide product decisions.
• Help create product roadmaps and release plans.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Work with engineering teams to clarify and validate feature requirements.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, planning, retros).
• Assist in communicating product updates to stakeholders.

Quality Assurance & Testing

• Prepare test cases and support UAT activities.
• Identify bugs and track issues for resolution.
• Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria.

Data & Insights

• Analyze user data and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare simple reports or dashboards for product analysis.

Yêu cầu công việc

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in IT, Computer Science.
• Strong interest in product development and Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of software development and digital products.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Nice-to-have

• Experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps. 
• Familiarity with wireframing tools (for example: Figma, Miro, Balsamiq).
• Basic knowledge of APIs or software architecture.
• Understanding of data analysis tools (Excel, SQL).

Soft Skills

• Proactive, curious, and detail-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Languages

• Vietnamese: Full command
• English: Good working proficiency, both speaking and writing.
