Maintain, enhance, and ensure the stability of the Core Banking System
Troubleshoot bugs, incidents, and optimize system performance in both production and non-production environments
Develop and improve backend (server-side) functionalities using C/C++ or C-based frameworks
Perform database query tuning and manage Oracle SQL/PLSQL systems
Participate in development of banking modules such as: Accounting (GL, reconciliation), Loan, Deposit, Card, FX, and Payment Channels
Collaborate with project team, developers, and business stakeholders
Support integration with external systems (payment gateway, eWallet, Napas, SBV, etc.)
Write technical documentation (design docs, API specs, release notes)
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality standards
Monitor systems, support production issues, and perform root cause analysis
Submit weekly progress reports and incident reports

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
3+ years of experience in backend development
Strong experience with C/C++ (or C-based languages)
Solid knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL and database tuning
Proficiency in building terminal/screen interfaces with HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
Experience working in Linux/Unix environments
Experience in banking, finance, or fintech systems is highly preferred
Familiarity with ISO8583, payment gateway protocols, or system integration is an advantage
Understanding of banking domains (Loan, Deposit, Card, FX, Channel) is a plus
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
Good written communication skills in English
