Mô tả công việc

Gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements from fulfillment, warehouse, logistics operations teams, and customers.
Collaborate with Dev/QA teams to develop and enhance features for the fulfillment system.
Analyze current operational processes and propose improvements to optimize efficiency and user experience.
Prepare business documents such as BRD, SRS, User Stories, Flowcharts, and basic Wireframes.
Monitor project progress, support UAT, and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve issues during system operations.
Conduct training sessions and provide user guidance when necessary.

From 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in related positions.
Knowledge or experience in fulfillment, warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations is a strong advantage.
Experience working as a Business Analyst in an IT/product company is a plus.
Good understanding of fulfillment operational processes and process optimization mindset.
Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Proactive, adaptable, fast learner, and open to challenges in a dynamic environment.
Preferred candidates are growth-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to grow long-term with the product.
Ability to use AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or equivalent) to support business analysis, documentation, solution research, and improve work efficiency.

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience. (20M – 30M)
