Position Overview 

We are seeking a Business Analyst (BA) with 1-3 years of experience in software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, working closely with development teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of software solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. 
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications. 
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements. 
• Analyze and model business processes to optimize workflows. 
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions. 
• Support project managers in tracking project progress and identifying risks. 
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

• Have about 01-03 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects. 
• Strong analytical skills with experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling. 
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or enterprise software solutions. 
• Ability to create detailed functional specifications and user stories. 
• Basic understanding of SQL databases and data analysis. 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. 
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
• Good communication skills in English (Intermediate level or above). 

Technical Requirements 

• Business Analysis & Documentation 
• Experience using BPMN, UML, or other process modeling techniques. 
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management tools. 
• Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools. 
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau. 
• Software & System Knowledge Understanding of API integrations and data flow between systems. 
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database structures for querying and analysis. 
• Awareness of microservices architecture and cloud-based platforms. 
• Preferred Qualifications Experience with financial, banking, or data-intensive applications. 
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems. Knowledge of UX/UI principles to improve user experience. 
• Understanding of machine learning and AI-driven analytics (a plus). 
• Experience in financial services, e-commerce, or enterprise applications preferred. Understanding of business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
