We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **ERP Implementation Assistant** to support our team in the successful deployment of our ERP system. This role involves working closely with the implementation team, business users, and vendors to ensure the smooth execution of ERP-related activities across different departments.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist in the planning and coordination of ERP implementation activities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.
- Support data collection, cleansing, and migration efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to analyze workflows and identify system gaps.
- Help with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue tracking.
- Prepare training materials and support user training sessions.
- Document processes, configurations, and implementation progress.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the ERP project team.
- Coordinate communication between internal stakeholders and external vendors.

### **Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
