Maple Labs is a rapidly growing startup. We focus on developing apps serving millions of users globally. We are looking for talented AI Engineers who strive to solve the hard problems, take pride in delivering world-class products and are strong team players.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Mathematics or equivalent educational background.  
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning methods, as well as data structures and algorithms.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML; preferably having worked with Generative AI (LLMs, NLP, Chatbots, etc.). Experience in fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and deploying LLM-based solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency with popular AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn, or equivalents.
• Solid knowledge of data pipelines, ML Ops workflows (CI/CD for ML), model monitoring, and model version control.
• Ability to optimize costs and resources (GPU, TPU) while ensuring the security and stability of AI systems.
• Capable of analyzing and proposing AI solutions that bring real value to game/app products and internal processes.
• Ability to work independently while using discretion in decision making and sound judgment in problem solving. 
• Stay updated on AI technologies and trends, especially applications in gaming and interactive apps, and perform rapid prototyping of new ideas.
• Ability to plan & organize, problem solving, especially in emergency situations.  
• Be proactive, enthusiastic, hard-working.  
• Be integrity, careful, accurate.

• Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure; GCP is a plus), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
• Integrate AI models into Game/App applications (via APIs or in-house frameworks).
• Set up and maintain CI/CD for AI models, manage versioning for models and data, and continuously monitor performance.
• Ensure AI model development follows standards, with the ability to detect and address model drift early.
• Mentor and provide best practices for various teams applying AI.
