We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to create engaging, intuitive, and visually polished experiences for our mobile games. You will work closely with Game Designers, Artists, Developers, and QA to deliver interfaces that are easy to use, aesthetically appealing, and optimized for player retention and monetization.

Your Responsibilities

User Experience (UX)

• Design intuitive user flows and player journeys.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Improve onboarding, progression, rewards, shop, and social experiences.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback and analytics.
• Ensure accessibility and consistency across screens and devices.
• Optimize UX for retention and conversion.

User Interface (UI)

• Design high-quality interfaces for menus, HUD, shop, popups, events, and settings.
• Create and maintain UI components and design systems.
• Produce assets, icons, illustrations, and visual elements when needed.
• Ensure responsive layouts across various screen resolutions and aspect ratios.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Game Designers to translate gameplay requirements into player-friendly experiences.
• Partner with Developers to deliver optimized and production-ready UI assets.
• Collaborate with Artists and Marketing teams to maintain visual consistency.
• Participate in feature planning, reviews, and sprint activities.

Requirements

Must Have

• 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI and UX skills.
• Proficiency with Figma.
• Understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience creating wireframes and interactive prototypes.
• Knowledge of mobile platform guidelines (iOS and Android).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and user-centric thinking.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mobile game development.
• Experience designing game HUDs, shops, rewards, and progression systems.
• Familiarity with Unity UI, UI Toolkit, or other game engines.
• Ability to create icons, illustrations, and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of user analytics and A/B testing.
• Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing free-to-play mobile games.
• Understanding of player behavior and monetization systems.
• Familiarity with IAP shops, battle passes, quests, rewards, and live events.
• Ability to balance usability with visual appeal.
• Passion for games and player experience.
