Điều tôi thích:
- Gần như không có OT
- Anh em đồng nghiệp khá chill
- Công ty có nhiều hoạt động ăn chơi giải trí
- Leader biết lắng nghe, tâm lý (cái này tùy team nhé). Đặc biệt CEO rất thân thiện, có mời nhân viên đi ăn trưa cùng để lắng nghe ý kiến (tất nhiên là được bao,hehe)
- Chính trị thì cũng có nhưng nếu không phải lead thì không cần quan tâm.
Làm ngân hàng thì policy khá nghiêm ngặt, cái này phải chấp nhân nhưng cũng học được tính cẩn thận.
chưa OT bao giờ nên chưa biết nhưng nghe nói OT không lương.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Quy trình chưa rõ ràng, đôi khi trong công việc bị mất phương hướng, không biết nên làm gì.
