An open-minded culture is what makes Thoughtworks different, people are encouraged to share their own ideas and opinions on developing and improving the workspace, solutions to solve problems of the project.
Fully equipped with latest Macbook Pro and accessories that is really impressive for newcomers.
Trainings and workshops are really fun and practical, which helped colleagues tackle tons of technical and client issues.
There are also charity/non-commercial projects for people who are on bench and they are also encouraged to strengthen their knowledge through internal or external courses to warm up before getting into working with future clients.
Last but not least, Thoughtworks also provides an environment where people can take their chance to experiment and try out latest technology on their work or side projects via organization privileges, e.g. Claude Code, Gemini Pro, etc.
Thoughtworks has a straightforward policy for overtime shift, so everything is transparent and consistent for this section.

Space between teams is small, so it is quite annoying when there are meetings, this usually happens on crowded day.
There is a challenge for management team to get new clients to Vietnam office, so hopefully we can see more clients coming to town.
