The Assembly Place Story

A morning assembly marks the beginning of each new school day in Singapore. For us who remember those mornings well, the Assembly meant precious minutes to catch up with friends and make new ones, to share anecdotes of one’s life and the odd bit of homework help before classes commenced.

It is this spirit of daily camaraderie and cooperation, of friendships built and bolstered, that inspired our team,
armed with years of experience in the Singapore property market, to establish The Assembly Place.
Our vision: to create homes and spaces where people from all backgrounds and cultures can come together.

Beginning in May 2019 with a single home, we’ve grown by leaps and bounds. Today, over a 1000 people call our properties their home, and our team manages and cares for more than $250 million dollars worth of assets islandwide.

And still we grow daily, with the aim to be Singapore’s premier co-living provider.
