Mình thích nhất là công ty hay bao ăn 😆 từ snack trong văn phòng tới tiệc bonding hàng tháng, đi đâu cũng có đồ ăn ngon. Đi làm mà có sẵn nước uống, trái cây, bánh tráng, ăn uống linh đình nữa nên nhiều khi đi làm giống đi ăn chơi hơn 😂
OT không bắt buộc, chủ yếu khi dự án gấp thì team mới cùng nhau OT. Công ty cũng ghi nhận nỗ lực và có chế độ OT rõ ràng nên mình thấy ổn.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Đi làm ở đây ăn uống nhiều quá nên mập ra, mong công ty cân nhắc có thêm hỗ trợ gym cho nhân viên để cân bằng lại
