OT không có tiền nhưng không sao vì gần như cty ko OT.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Deal ban đầu nên deal mức bạn cảm thấy hài lòng để làm việc lâu dài chứ tăng lương thì hơi ít.
Vào làm tự bơi là chính.
Công ty chuyên nghiệp, sếp hòa đồng.
