Công ty khá thoải mái về mặt giờ giấc xin nghỉ khi có việc hoặc xin remote.
Công ty đang trên đà phát triển. Scale up khá nhanh và đang tiếp tục mở rộng.
Mình chưa phải OT. Việc OT là tùy dự án nhưng hầu hết các dự án rất ít khi OT. Trừ 1 vài trường hợp cá biệt

Công ty outsource nên mọi trải nghiệm của bạn phụ thuộc cực nhiều vào dự án bạn làm.
Có thể bạn sẽ may mắn vào 1 dự án lớn được đầu tư chỉn chu hoặc là có thể dự án maintain hơi củ chuối.
Lời khuyên là nếu bạn vào và gặp phải 1 dự án mà bạn không thích, hãy thử tâm sự với sếp về điều đó.
