Đồng nghiệp vui vẻ, chế độ chăm sóc nhân viên khá ổn
Ít khi OT, nhưng nếu có thì sẽ được trả đúng theo luật lao động
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Nên bỏ chế độ làm việc 8h48p
- Không đủ chỗ để xe trong hầm cho nhân viên nên đa phần phải gửi xe bên ngoài toà nhà
- Không học hỏi được nhiều từ sếp
- Quy định bảo an và nhiều thủ tục khác của cty quá rườm rà
Một công ty tốt về mọi thứ, đáng để gắn bó lâu dài.
