Môi trường làm việc ở đây khá thoải mái, đồng nghiệp thì thân thiện và hòa đồng nên tạo được không khí vui vẻ trong công ty. Ngoài ra công ty còn có các câu lạc bộ thể thao như Cầu lông, đá banh, bóng bàn và yoga để mọi người tham gia thêm cho vui và tăng cường sức khỏe.
Chính sách OT rõ ràng và việc chi trả OT luôn đúng theo quy định của công ty, vì vậy mọi người rất vui vẻ khi được OT

Công ty có thể xem xét về việc trang bị thêm 1 khu vực trong văn phòng làm nơi thư giản và thiết kế đẹp chút để mọi người có thể ra thư giãn mỗi khi stress
Môi trường thân thiện, có thể gắn bó lâu dài
