Nơi làm việc hơi buồn ngủ, các bạn team khác khá im lặng nên môi trường có thể hơi chán. Có quầy coffee tự phục vụ, admin hay quên bổ sung đạn cho quầy :))
Lương bổng trả đủ, đôi khi trễ vài ngày thông cảm vì tình hình công ty.
Văn hóa công ty khá thân thiện, đồng nghiệp vui vẻ, no drama, miễn là bạn cố gắng sẽ rất được welcome, phù hợp các bạn fresher/mới ra trường nhưng để ở lâu thì không nên do chế độ đãi ngộ chưa rõ ràng và cần cải thiện nhiều.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Nên cải thiện khâu estimation, training/learning cho nhân viên mới để catch up được quy trình dự án/các công việc cụ thể từ cơ bản tới chuyên môn.
Nên cải thiện việc lương bổng nếu có thể.
không thấy nhắc bonus OT khi OT. Hay bị ngầm hiểu nhờ vả OT, nhưng OT không là do bạn
