Cần có thêm phúc lợi để giữ chân nhân viên giỏi. Phần lớn làm project công nghệ cũ
Máy lạnh quá lạnh, ngồi lâu dễ đau vai gáy. Phúc lợi ít chưa giữ chân các nhân viên giỏi
