Job description
- Manage and supervise the daily activities of the BA or IT team.
- Work closely with clients/ departments (Operations, Sales, Accounting, etc.) to get the requirements and provide the solutions.
- Collaborate with technical team to hand over requirements, support UAT, and ensure product quality.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate team performance.
- Support requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation from various stakeholders.
- Prepare and review documents such as Use Cases, Wireframes, Flowcharts, BPMN, etc.
- Train and mentor new team members.
- Generate the report as requested from BODs.
Your skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Analyst, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in IT, with at least 1 year in a team lead or project coordination role.
- Strong communication, analytical, presentation, and time management skills.
- Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence.
- Good command of English, especially in reading and understanding technical documents
