Job description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead software implementation projects for international clients. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering software projects while working closely with customers and cross-functional teams. This role requires excellent project management skills, strong English communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead software implementation projects from project initiation to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Work directly with international clients to gather requirements, manage expectations, and maintain effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
- Ensure project quality, schedule, and deliverables meet customer expectations.
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies or other project management processes where appropriate.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to stakeholders and management.
- Continuously improve project management processes and delivery efficiency.
- Support business growth by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Your skills and experience
Must-have
- At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development projects.
- Proven experience managing software implementation projects for international clients.
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken), with the ability to work directly with international customers and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience working with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering software projects in the Banking or Financial Services industry.
- Experience using AI tools.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an advantage.
