Job description
JOB PURPOSE/MISSION:
Ingenico Android Competence Center (ACC) is tasked with building and maintaining payment software for use across regions.
Technical Project Manager (TPM) is responsible for managing projects to make sure the project teams can deliver software products with constraints of time, cost, and quality. TPM should have a technical background so he/she speaks the same language as project members do, understand their issues and find the most relevant ways to support them complete their jobs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle project management activities including, but not limited to: Project schedules, Detailed project plans, Project scope statements, Cost estimates, Resource plans, Risk and issues management, Status reports.
- Communicate with stakeholders, ensure project plan, project status, risks and issues are transparent to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify and manage risks, issues and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle.
- Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them valid and constructive feedbacks, supportive and professional mentoring.
- Actively participates as a leader in company life to contribute to building up company culture.

- Deliverables have right quality level (defined & validated by QA team)
Your skills and experience
SKILLS/COMPETENCY SPECIFICATION
Competency/Skill Requirements:
- Excellent leadership skills to guide the project team through the phases of multiple-scale projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills (in English).
- Strong interpersonal skills to gain cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including senior management, team members and other stakeholders.
- Ability to react to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently.
- Ability to work with cross-functional development team.
- Ability to work with distributed development team.
- Experience with Jira or similar project management
Languages:
- Fluent English required.
Education Qualifications / Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Software/IT Project Manager.
- Experience in traditional project management as well as Agile methods (SAFE, Scrum, XP, Kanban).
- Proven experience in project scheduling, change control, people management and risk management.
- Bachelor or Higher Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Software Engineering
