About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our core team, focusing on researching, developing, and deploying groundbreaking AI products and Solutions. This pivotal role spans the entire AI product development lifecycle, from ideation, architectural design, model building, to operationalization and optimization in a production environment. You will be primarily responsible for the quality, performance, and scalability of our machine learning systems.

Responsibilities:

Working time: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm with an hour break for lunch.

1. AI Product Development and Architecture:
   • Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced machine learning models for a wide range of Industries and Applications. 
   • Architect scalable and high-performance ML systems, ensuring seamless integration into existing product architecture and cloud infrastructure. 
   • Research, evaluate, and apply the latest machine learning and deep learning algorithms and techniques to enhance product performance and features. 
2. MLOps Deployment and Operations (Production-Focused): 
   • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automated MLOps pipelines to bring ML models into production environments (CI/CD for ML). 
   • Ensure the stability, performance, security, and scalability of ML services in a live environment.
   • Set up and manage monitoring and alerting systems to track model performance, data drift, and other key metrics.
   • Proactively troubleshoot issues, optimize resources, and ensure continuous uptime of ML systems. 
3. Research & Innovation:
   • Conduct experiments and A/B tests to determine the eff ectiveness of new models and features.
   • Explore and propose innovative AI solutions to complex business problems and enhance product value.
   • Drive the adoption of best practices in machine learning engineering, MLOps, and code quality within the team. 
4. Technical Leadership and Mentorship:
   • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and development support to junior machine learning and software engineers.
   • Participate in in-depth code reviews, ensuring quality and consistency.
   • Contribute to building the technology roadmap and strategy for the AI product. 
5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
   • Work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate product requirements into feasible technical solutions. 
   • Effectively communicate technical decisions, progress, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your skills and experience

Qualifications:

• At least 05-10+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, leading or making significant contributions to complex AI/ML projects.
• Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying production-grade AI solutions.
• Proven experience designing and implementing ML/AI solutions on Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Deep proficiency in Python and related libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed system design, and clean coding principles.
• In-depth experience with at least one of the deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with database systems (relational and/or NoSQL).
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka) and building ETL/ELT pipelines is a plus.
• Proficiency with MLOps tools and practices (e.g., MLfl ow, Kubefl ow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines) to ensure scalability, reliability, and automation.
• Experience setting up and managing monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana) for AI models in production.
