Job description

One Mount Consumer (OMC) is a member of One Mount Group, focused on building consumer-centric digital products and services that simplify and enhance everyday life. As part of the One Mount and Techcombank ecosystem, OMC develops and operates OneU – a lifestyle platform that delivers seamless experiences across daily needs, helping users access products, services, and exclusive benefits in one integrated ecosystem.

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager/ Project Management Office who has successfully delivered complex enterprise technology initiatives and is ready to operate at a broader strategic level. Beyond project delivery, this role is responsible for portfolio governance, executive stakeholder alignment, resource planning, budgeting, vendor management, and driving delivery excellence across multiple cross-functional programs.

RESPONSIBILITES

• Plan and manage end-to-end product development projects
• Manage scope, budget, timelines, and resources.
• Drive delivery across engineering, data, product, and external partners (banks, payment gateways).
• Ensure clear communication and alignment among stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and report to senior stakeholders.
• Guide teams in agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, hybrid).

Your skills and experience

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Professional Certifications: Valid PMP (Project Management Professional) is highly preferred.
• Agile Credentials: Certifications such as PMI-ACP, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or SAFe Agilist are strong advantages, given the agile nature of tech product development.

Proven Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project, program, or portfolio management, with at least 3+ years operating at a Senior PM level.
• Industry Expertise: Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects within technology ecosystems, e-commerce, retail/supply chain, fintech, or real estate (PropTech).
• Scale: Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects from inception through to operational handover.
• Transformation Experience: Experience leading digital transformation initiatives or integrating enterprise-level solutions across multiple business units.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Methodologies: Deep expertise in both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies, with the ability to tailor project management frameworks (Hybrid) to suit specific business needs.
• Financial Acumen: Strong capability in financial modeling, project budgeting, resource forecasting, and ROI/business case analysis.
• Tech Fluency: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), system architecture principles, and data-driven decision-making.
• Tools: Proficiency in enterprise project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, Tableau/PowerBI for reporting).

Soft Skills

• Executive Presence: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence, negotiate, and present to C-level executives and external partners.
• Strategic Problem Solving: Advanced analytical skills to foresee cascading risks across the ecosystem and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
• Leadership & Mentorship: A servant-leader mindset with a history of coaching mid-level PMs and fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English. Ability to translate complex technical jargon into clear business impacts.
• Adaptability: High resilience and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and constantly evolving technological landscape.
