Remote - DX Manager (Jira, Notion, SQL, PostHog)

Key Responsibilities

1. DX Pillar Leadership & Team Management

• Lead and develop a team of analysts or specialists within one DX pillar
• Define the pillar’s scope, operating rhythm, standards, and expected outputs
• Establish clear team priorities, workflows, and recurring processes
• Coach team members to strengthen judgment, analysis, communication, and ownership
• Support hiring, team structure, specialization, and growth planning as the function expands

2. Insights & Decision Support

• Translate user, product, market, operational, or business signals into clear and prioritized recommendations
• Build recurring reports, reviews, and decision frameworks that enable consistent, decision-ready outputs
• Identify important trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities and communicate their implications to leadership
• Represent the pillar in DX leadership reviews and cross-functional discussions

3. Operational Excellence & Standards

• Build scalable processes, operating models, and standards that improve the quality and consistency of team outputs
• Establish recurring operating rhythms and frameworks that can be adopted across brands and markets
• Continuously improve workflows, reporting processes, and analytical approaches based on business needs
• Ensure the team maintains high standards for accuracy, clarity, and actionable recommendations

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with Product, Market, Operations, Data, Design, Tech, and other DX teams
• Translate business questions and stakeholder needs into structured analysis, research, and recommendations
• Manage stakeholders with competing priorities and ensure alignment on objectives and expected outcomes
• Escalate risks, gaps, and opportunities with clear context and recommended actions

Your skills and experience

Leadership & Team Management

• 6–8 years of experience in analytics, research, insights, product operations, market intelligence, content operations, strategy operations, or related functions
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience
• Proven experience building or scaling a team, function, process, or operating model
• Strong ability to coach team members and develop their judgment, ownership, and communication

Analytical & Business Judgment

• Strong ability to turn complex or ambiguous signals into clear insights, decisions, and recommendations
• Good data sense with the ability to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and determine what matters
• Strong business judgment and comfortable making decisions with incomplete information
• Able to build structured processes and standards that teams can consistently adopt

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Management

• Strong experience working with stakeholders across different functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when working with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and influencing stakeholders across different functions

Tools & Technical Skills

• Comfortable working with dashboards, spreadsheets, admin tools, Jira, Notion, or similar tools
• Familiarity with SQL, BI tools, PostHog, Looker, or similar analytics tools is an advantage

Industry Experience

• Experience in multi-market consumer platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce, fintech, digital content platforms, entertainment, or app-based products is preferred
• Exposure to product analytics, user research, catalog/content operations, competitor intelligence, or strategy operations is a plus
• Experience with product taxonomy, content metadata, portfolio segmentation, or market playbooks is advantageous
