Job Responsibilities: 

1. Lead and manage Project from inception to completion 

2. Strong expertise in Initiation Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling phases 

3. Develop detailed plans, estimates and schedules 

4. Lead the team throughout the execution 

5. Detailed Monitoring and Tracking of Execution 

6. Derive Recovery Plan 

7. Coordinate and communicate with Customer, various Stakeholders, cross-functional teams 

8. Performance effective - Risk and Dependency Management, Customer Reporting, Quality 

9. Identifying and addressing team skill gaps 

10. Generate more work / get leads for new projects

Your skills and experience

• Good understanding of Automotive or Embedded domain 

• Familiarity with software engineering, process framework, testability, quality, etc. 

• Understand software architecture 

• Demonstrated Project Management and Resource Management skills 

• Experience of managing Iterative / Agile project lifecycle model
