About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Product Operations Specialist to support both product lifecycle management and QA/QC. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product quality, user experience, and operational workflows. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, marketing, and customer support to ensure our platform delivers a seamless and trustworthy user experience.

What You'll Do

Quality & Testing

  • Support product quality assurance by assisting in the creation and execution of test plans for new features and releases.
  • Contribute to various testing phases to ensure features meet defined requirements, quality standards, and user expectations (UAT, Regression, Exploratory, Beta, etc).
  • Conduct cross-platform testing across Web, Mobile, and wallet integrations to ensure consistency and reliability.
  • Help maintain and improve operational QA documentation, including test cases and workflows in Notion.

Product & Operational Execution

  • Collaborate with product managers to define, refine, and document product requirements, user stories, and success metrics.
  • Maintain organized planning, product backlogs, and development tracking using tools like Notion, and Linear.
  • Coordinate across design, engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery of features and updates.
  • Monitor and support key operational workflows, including onboarding, user support escalations, and incident triaging.
  • Assist in customer support and operational issue escalation by providing context, tracking resolution, and ensuring feedback is looped back into the product.

Data & Process Optimization

  • Validate the accuracy of business-critical data, including balances, market information, and dashboard reports.
  • Monitor product and marketing KPIs, operational health, and usage analytics to surface bottlenecks or quality issues.
  • Help optimize internal workflows by identifying inefficiencies and proposing scalable, repeatable solutions.

Release & Launch Support

  • Coordinate product releases by tracking dependencies, conducting final QA checks, and ensuring rollback procedures are ready.
  • Ensure all quality and operational gates are passed before go-live.

Your skills and experience

What We're Looking For

  • 2-3 years of experience in product operations, or QA at a software company.
  • Strong understanding of digital product workflows, preferably in Web3 environments.
  • Familiarity with agile practices and tools like Linear, Notion, or similar.
  • Product-first mindset with attention to detail and user-centric thinking.
  • Analytical mindset for diagnosing workflow gaps and improving processes.
  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to roll up sleeves and handle both operational and strategic tasks.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with crypto exchanges, prediction markets, or trading platforms.
  • Understanding of DeFi workflows, including wallets and gas fees.
  • Prior exposure to QA or UAT responsibilities in a fast-paced dev environment.
  • Experience with tools like Amplitude, Posthog, or SQL for data analysis.
  • Based in Ho Chi Minh City and able to work in-office 4 days per week with Friday work from home
