Job Description

• Keep the team on track with timelines, deadlines, and budgets
• Follow up with project management workflows and communication
• Setup project meeting and record meeting minutes
• Assist PM with creating and migrating tasks/projects from the client’s system to the internal one
• Ensuring team members have the information they need to complete their assigned tasks
• Help the Project manager with clearing the project’s impediments
• Perform Quality Control (re-test the ticket) and Review project deliverables

Your skills and experience

Your Skills and Experience

• At least 1-2 years working as a project coordinator or relevant experience
• Experience in e-commerce testing (ex: Shopify, Wordpress,...)
• Fluent in English both in writing, speaking, reading, and listening
• Structural and systematic thinking
• Friendly, Energetic, Good teamwork & independent working
• Experience as an IT project coordinator.
