Lương ổn, phúc lợi tốt. Đồng nghiệp thân thiện. Văn phòng cũng khá ok.
Suggestions for improvement:
Dù biết rằng đây là 1 công ty nhà nước, nên văn hoá công ty theo kiểu "nhà nước" là không tránh khỏi, nhưng quả thật là quá nhiều luật lệ, quy định với nhân viên. Công ty nên cho nhân viên nhiều không gian hơn để sáng tạo và thể hiện năng lực.
