What I liked:
Từ năm 2026, công ty áp dụng quy định mới là không được nghỉ ngày 8/3 và Tết Trung thu nữa. Điểm này khiến anh em nhân sự cũ, đặc biệt là những người đã có gia đình, cảm thấy hơi hụt hẫng vì mất đi những ngày nghỉ phép ngắn ngày mang tính truyền thống để dành thời gian cho vợ con.
Chính sách OT minh bạch, có hệ thống duyệt rõ ràng, không có chuyện làm không công hay ép buộc nhân viên.
Suggestions for improvement:
Chế độ Hybrid working hiện tại bị giảm xuống còn 1 ngày/tuần. Đặc biệt đối với những ai làm mảng Testing, do quy định bảo mật tuyệt đối không được mang thiết bị test ra khỏi công ty, nên ngày được remote ở nhà anh em gần như bị bó tay bó chân, rất bất tiện để giải quyết triệt để công việc.
