What I liked:
- Văn phòng trang trí hài hòa.
- Bộ phận software được cấp Macbook hoặc Windows Laptop tùy theo tính chất công việc.
- Bảo hiểm full lương, có chế độ thưởng quý, thưởng năm cho các project xuất sắc và cá nhân xuất sắc.
- Được sáng tạo trong công việc, không bị giới hạn về công nghệ.
- Sếp cực kì tốt, training, lắng nghe và quan tâm đến đề xuất chuyên môn của nhân viên.
- Đồng nghiệp hòa đồng, nhưng nếu khác bộ phận thì hơi ít giao tiếp với nhau.
Chế độ OT đầy đủ và công bằng, tự giác OT chứ không bắt buộc, OT được thanh toán theo chế độ.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Nên kết nối mọi người nhiều hơn nữa, đặc biệt là các nhân viên khác bộ phận nên có nhiều tương tác với nhau hơn.

Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
