It's a great company with hybrid working mode and flexible working hour.

What I liked:
Hybrid working, free snack, flexible workng hour, competitive compensation package.
The overtime policy is fair and we don't have to to much overtime.
Suggestions for improvement:
Company should have more stable project so people don't have to be at bench and being layoff
