Research Execution: Lead qualitative and quantitative research projects (usability studies, cohort analysis, in-depth interviews, and targeted surveys) to decode user behavior.
Growth & Experimentation: Partner with Product and Marketing teams to design, launch, and evaluate growth loops across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral funnels.
Data-Driven Strategy: Synthesize complex behavioral metrics and research findings into actionable product recommendations and strategic user personas.
Cross-Functional Synergy: Facilitate decision-making across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing by delivering impactful insights and continuous feedback loops.
Continuous Improvement: Benchmark industry trends, establish UX research standards, and refine internal growth methodologies.

Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in UX research, product research, or user growth within fast-paced digital product environments.
Background: Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Information Technology, or related fields.
Skillset: Solid knowledge of user research methodologies, A/B testing frameworks, and product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar tools).
Core Competencies: Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving skills, and a clear, persuasive communication style.
Mindset: Self-driven, adaptive, and comfortable collaborating within Agile/Scrum product frameworks.
