Cybership is a rapidly growing 3PL fulfillment platform that helps businesses optimize warehouse operations using cutting-edge technology. We integrate with platforms like Shopify and TikTok Shop and are expanding our team with a Technical IT Manager to lead our engineering efforts.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Technical IT Manager with a strong background in software engineering, particularly in TypeScript. You’ll manage the engineering team, shape the technical direction, and ensure successful project delivery. Strong English communication skills are essential as you'll work with local and international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, driving productivity and growth.
• Manage project timelines, scope, and successful delivery of technical projects.
• Define and execute the IT and engineering roadmap.
• Guide architectural decisions and ensure best practices for scalable, maintainable code.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud services, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform code reviews and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, and/or Next.js.
• 3+ years of leadership experience, managing engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker) and CI/CD.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Problem-solving skills and experience with optimizing production systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with e-commerce, logistics, or warehouse management systems.
• Exposure to Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar integrations.
• Familiarity with TRPC and Prisma for building type-safe APIs.
