Mô tả công việc

Project Management & Delivery

• Manage end-to-end project delivery lifecycle from initiation, planning, execution, monitoring to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, resource plans, and risk management plans.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and customer representatives throughout project execution.
• Track project progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, steering committees, status updates, and project reporting.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the key contact point between internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, priorities, and project plans.
• Maintain effective communication and manage stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Governance & Reporting

• Ensure project governance processes and delivery standards are properly followed.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, and project dashboards.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 5-7 years of experience in IT Project Management or Software Delivery Management.
• Experience working with banking or financial services customers is preferred.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile/Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in complex project environments.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications is a plus.
• Good English communication skills is preferred.
