Mô tả công việc

- Manage and operate infrastructure services for critical enterprise applications such as SAP, Microsoft 365, Workflow, and other business systems, ensuring high availability, performance, security, backup/recovery, and operational stability.

- Manage and optimize on-premises and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability,

performance, and scalability.

- Oversee system integration, data synchronization, and promote automation across platforms.

- Implement change management processes and coordinate security patching with InformationSecurity teams.

- Control and govern user access rights in compliance with security policies.

- Provide technical guidance and governance to subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with Group IT standards.

- Execute IT system deployment for Hospitality and Real Estate projects.

 

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields .

- Minimum 6 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in SysOps roles.

- Hands-on experience managing SAP infrastructure layers, including OS, database,

backup/recovery, monitoring, performance, availability, and security.

- Experience working in large enterprise environments (Real Estate, Hospitality, Construction, etc.) is a plus. 

- Strong hands-on experience in Linux systems such as SUSE, Ubuntu, Red Hat, and Windows Server.

- Experience managing and operating on-premises and cloud infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, scalability, backup/recovery, and security.

- Hands-on experience managing and operating infrastructure services for critical enterprise applications, including SAP, Microsoft 365, Workflow, and other business systems.

- Strong hands-on experience managing AWS cloud infrastructure, including network and security configuration, endpoint security, IAM, and patch management.

- Operational understanding of monolithic, microservices, API Gateway, and system integration architecture to coordinate with application, integration, vendor, and security teams.
