Senior Software Quality Engineer (SQA/ QA QC)

• Manage ASPICE Quality Reports / ISO26262 -6 Quality Reports
• Develop, manage, and maintain all QA processes, plans, and procedures required to execute all ongoing projects 
• Ensuring the implementation of the latest quality standards 
• Advisory function with regard to quality plans and quality agreements 
• Support in establishing quality management agreements and maintaining them throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities within the quality management system 
• Conducting internal quality training/workshops with project teams to ensure the implementation of ASPICE / ISO26262 SW standards

Must have

• Bachelor/Master graduation in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent degree 
• 3~5 years’ experience in a quality assurance role
• Very good knowledge of common test tools in the areas of capture/ replay, load and performance testing, test management/ Product Life Cycle tools 
• Knowledge about ASPICE SWE1 – SWE6, ISO26262 – Chapter 6 (Embedded SW Development), AGILE/ Waterfall/ Scrum 
• Good at English
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment, teamwork skills 

Nice to have

• A certification in the field of software quality assurance at advanced level, if not, you can do it with us and we will build on your in-depth knowledge 
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Effective communication and analytical skill with high level of commitment, flexibility, creativity, initiative, high discipline and StartUp mindset
• Have a clear job goal orientation, positive attitude, responsibility, honesty
