• Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions
• Architect and build robust, scalable, highly available and reliable systems
• Proactively research solutions to problems
• Participate in design discussions, code reviews and group brainstorming sessions
• Deliver high-quality code following best practices for better performance, user experience, and reusability
• Troubleshoot existing code bases, issues, incidents on running systems and refactor code
• Create test cases and scenarios based on specifications
• Build and test automation tools for infrastructure provisioning
• Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management solutions for app deployments
• Follows agile development practices (Test-driven development, Domain-driven design, User Story mapping, …) and processes (Scrum)
• Support and train junior developers

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree Degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
• 4+ years of experience in developing large-scale, complex business systems and effective user interfaces 
• Good English communication skills
• Proficiency in C# and .NET Core framework
• Having experience working with SQL/ NoSQL Development and Database Architecture
• Having experience working with Microservice systems is required
• Having experience working with Azure with CI/CD pipelines and testing
• Attaining Azure Solutions Architect Expert Certificate is a plus
• Have good understanding of SOLID principle
• Have solid knowledge in Software Designs, particularly Object Orientation and Service Orientated Architecture
• Being able to perform Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration as well as web service-based integration
• Strong at development methodologies e.g. Agile/Scrum and iterative development
• Ability to perform well and proactively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• Integrity, Teamwork, Autonomy and Customer-Oriented
• Attaining Business Analysis skill is a plus
