Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and certified Business Analyst to play a crucial role in our project delivery team. In this position, you will leverage your analytical expertise and industry knowledge to bridge the gap between our clients' business needs and technological solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping proposals, defining requirements, and ensuring the successful implementation of complex projects across government, non-profit, and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Development and Client Engagement

• Contribute to RFP responses and proposal development for government and NGO projects
• Analyze client requirements and industry trends to inform solution design
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to understand needs and showcase our capabilities

Requirements Gathering and Analysis

• Elicit and document comprehensive business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and research
• Analyze complex business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Develop detailed functional specifications, user stories, and use cases tailored to diverse client environments

Solution Design and Implementation

• Create process models, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize proposed solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into system designs
• Support the development of turnkey solutions for commercial clients

Project Management and Quality Assurance

• Assist in project planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation
• Ensure project deliverables align with client expectations and contractual obligations
• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of project artifacts and deliverables
• Coordinate project team and facilitate communication within the team and with the clients

Stakeholder Management and Communication

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to align stakeholders on project objectives and solutions
• Prepare and present business cases, project status reports, and analytical findings to senior management and clients
• Act as a liaison between client stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners

Yêu cầu công việc

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on government, NGO, or commercial projects
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
• Strong proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS,  user stories)
• Experience with Agile and traditional project management methodologies
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Figma, Visio, Draw.io
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written

Preferred

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Policy, or related field
• Additional certifications such as PMP, Agile certifications, or ITIL
• Experience in proposal writing and RFP response preparation
• Knowledge of government procurement processes and regulations
• Familiarity with industry-specific standards and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR)
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira)
• Basic understanding of programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python) for data analysis
• Use of Data Visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau
