We are looking for experienced software developers, that like us want to be part of improving the planet we all live on, to join Matilda FoodTech at the Scandinavian Software Park in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Matilda FoodTech’s is a fast growing, global scale-up company with a simple mission: to help food organizations deliver healthy, sustainable meals in a way that improves the welfare of people and the planet. The company offers an entirely Internet-based business system for professional handling of meal production in restaurants.

You will join our R&D team within the Engineering organization, which aims to reach absolute world class, and be part of Matilda FoodTech company with over 100 employees in Scandinavia, Germany and Vietnam.

In this role you will:

• Design, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and improve high-quality software solutions.
• Work close with our system integration team to enable through our integration platform.
• Build high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliveries.
• Focus on product quality and user experience.
• Customize the communication depending on the recipient.

Your skills and experience:

Must have:

• At a minimum, you should have background in software engineering or equivalent.
• Have solid understanding of the full software development life cycle.
• Have at least 7 years’ experience with Microsoft's development stack: C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, SQL Server.
• Proficient in Rest-API, knowledge of API integration.
• Have excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
• Can learn quickly and manage yourself independently.
• Used to working in teams but also independently and have no problems moving freely in the stack and probably have an area you are stronger in.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good to have:

• Experience working with CI/CD pipeline.
• Professional experience with .NET 5 / Core and / or Python
• Professional experience with Unix / Linux
• Docker Swarm and / or Kubernetes.
• Some experience in System design
