We are looking for Senior Backend Engineers (Java/Kotlin/Spring). 

Your daily task:

• Develop Java (Kotlin) Backend part of various NAVER Services like Academic Info, Blog, Commerce, Dictionary, Naver Care, NAVER Cloud, Security, Weverse etc.
• Participating in code reviews and architecture design
• Proactive, can-do attitude and strong commitment

Your background:

• 6+ years of work experience on Backend systems with Java(Kotlin) applications to serve large-scale and high traffic projects
• Have +5 years of experience in Java(Kotlin, Spring Framework)
• Experience or strong knowledge of MSA and k8s
• Experience or strong knowledge one of databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB,...
• Experience in Message Queue like Kafka
• Understanding & experience in Data structure, Algorithm, Distributed Service, OOP
• Open-minded, honest and have a positive attitude towards people
• Good at communication skills in general and English skills in particular
• Need ability of managing job-schedule and leading members

It's a big plus if you:

• Have experience in DevOps and CI/CD
• Experience in a leadership role will be a big plus
• Have experience with distributed systems (e.g. HBase, Vitese, etc.)
• Have experience in Server Architecture Design for handling massive traffic
• Proficiency in the Korean language is preferred
