- Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support company aims
- Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources (e.g., surveys, market research reports, data).
- Using statistical modeling to find patterns and trends
- Understanding and using data analytical tools and research software
- Conducting analysis of historical data to highlight trends
- Presenting data and preparing reports that are accessible to all
- Interpreting data in order to predict, forecast, and implement change
- Making recommendations and developing strategies based on the data
- Monitoring the progress of data-related strategies
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics,
- Fluent in English. Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
- Statistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred for some positions).
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in research and analysis (experience can be adjusted based on specific needs).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with statistical software a strong plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
