How will you make a difference?

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements, write them into clear and well-structured requirements documents.
• Identify automation opportunities, analyze process issues and bottlenecks to recommend improvements.
• Translate the requirements and solutions into functional specifications and solution designs.
• Assist to draft technical documents for system implementation.
• Assist with project management.
• Involve in system implementation tasks like coding and testing.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
• Proactively suggest improvements to optimize software performance and enhance user experience.

Who we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analysis, Business Administration, Computer Science or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role with track record of successful application systems delivery.
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge in programming language and frameworks such as C#, Python, JavaScript, CSS3 will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge in project management and software development methodologies.
• Capable to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
